Refund, Exchange and Cancellation Policy

Introduction

We care about your complete satisfaction with our products, and want you to have a good customer experience. Every order is carefully checked beforehand and packaged with care and attention to detail. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

We offer returns and exchanges on all website orders as long as it is requested within 14 days of receiving your order. See specific policies below.

 

Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Unused, undamaged and in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

 

Return Process

  • Contact us on enquiries@zamanthobes.com to initiate a return.

  • Package the item securely, including your receipt or order confirmation.

  • Ship the item to the return address provided by us.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for exchanging items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

 

Non-Refundable Items

  • If you would like to return or exchange a product, please do so in its original condition. Products returned with damage or signs of wear and tear will not be accepted for a return.

  • Clearance or final sale items

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us on enquiries@zamanthobes.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right.
